Thank you for shopping with AZ Industries. We take pride in the quality of our furniture and aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery via email at prasaddeulakar777@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or minor color variations due to screen differences.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or made-to-order furniture

• Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery

• Items without original packaging or invoice

• Clearance or final sale items

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved after inspection:

• A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Alternatively, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A store credit, depending on the situation and your preference.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t already been processed or shipped.

• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible, especially for made-to-order items.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases where your product arrives damaged or defective:

• Please record an unboxing video for verification.

• Send us the video and photos of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

6. Return Shipping

• If a return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost (in serviceable pin codes).

• In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back yourself — reimbursement for shipping charges will be provided if the return is confirmed to be valid.
