We currently deliver across India, to all serviceable pin codes. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you after order placement and issue a full refund if necessary.
Standard Products: 5 to 10 business days
Made-to-Order / Customized Items: 10 to 21 business days
Delivery time may vary based on product type, availability, customization, and your location.
You will receive shipping updates and tracking information via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Free Shipping is available on most orders across India.
For some remote areas or oversized items, an additional shipping fee may apply. If so, it will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your furniture reaches you in perfect condition.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
For large furniture items, ensure doorways and hallways are accessible for smooth delivery.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Deliveries may not be possible in containment zones or certain restricted areas due to government regulations or courier limitations.
Some products may require basic assembly.
Installation services are not included unless explicitly stated in the product description.

If your order arrives with visible damage or missing parts:
Please record an unboxing video and take clear photos.
